Community led research to help
all people grow and live well

In partnership with Springfield City Group.

The Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing creates knowledge for a better world through an innovative model of world-class research that prioritises our community as the driver for our work.

We are physically based in Springfield, Queensland, where we genuinely connect with our community to collaborate on promoting, enabling and sustaining healthy lifestyles.  Our work in Springfield is an exemplar for all communities wanting to maximise health, wellbeing and social prosperity.

By working with the Springfield community, we show the benefits of listening and acting on the priorities of community members and ensure they reap the rewards of modern-day research. Our work is transformative and has the capacity to shape the way that universities and communities can work together to enhance health and wellbeing.
